Oil Stocks: Robert Floyd, R.A., Floyd Capital Management

Robert Floyd, R.A., Floyd Capital Management

PETRO-CANADA (NYSE:PCZ TSE:PCA): I prefer another oil & gas utility..they need to give details on Foothill project..delays on East Coast, not been that great..little spotty on quarterly reports..I like HUSKY ENERGY (TSE:HSE) or TALISMAN ENERGY (NYSE:TLM TSE:TLM) in senior group

BAYTEX (TSE:BTE.UN): real key issue for trusts is concentration on gas..under pressure, inventory building..really want to look when you are analyzing trusts, take a look at concentration on gas..number of them have cut distributions..emphasize more of an oil distribution, example is BAYTEX..decent yield, cash distribution

FALCON OIL & GAS
(CVE:FO): only a few brokers following..one has $8..recent news was permitting in Hungary..there was speculation that they would not get it but company has received permitting..I am waiting for further drilling news..gas very deep and expensive, bit of risk but we hold it in Floyd Growth Fund..

OILEXCO
(TSE:OIL): recently announced results of drilling, promising..trying to delineate..target in $9 area..if I held it, certainly continue to hold it..number of really aggressive targets out there, I am trying to be a little bit more realistic

BULLDOG RESOURCES (TSE:BD): I took a look at a while back, unfortunately did not pull trigger..extremely shrewd operator, low-cost..able to grow resource..focus on light oil, when you can reduce overall cost, cash flow streams in..I do like this company..if I had it, certainly stick with it..certainly can go $7.50-$8.00

CONNACHER OIL & GAS (TSE:CLL): at this stage probably a buy but certainly want to see oil price firm up
